The 5-Step Precision Process
#1 - Engage and Kickoff
Gather initial project information, including current design drawings, and remit the design fee to officially begin your review.
#2 - Share and learn
Complete a detailed questionnaire and participate in a briefing call to discuss your goals, needs, and wants.
We identify what is and isn’t working to ensure you move forward with confidence.
#3 - Expert Analysis
We review your plans with a fine-tooth comb, analyzing key components:
Flow & Function: Traffic patterns, door swings, and room relationships.
Technical Details: Suggested fixture locations.
Livability: Window layouts and furniture placements.
#4 - Presentation & Collaboration
Receive our observations through visual aids, such as red-lined drawings, sketches, and/or pictures of similar spaces.
We then conduct a follow-up call with your builder to confirm the feasibility of all proposed changes.
#5 - Refinement
One round of revisions to the proposed suggestions.
