Renting the space includes access to the lounge, conference area, kitchen, restroom, and all furniture in those spaces.

Event Rental:

  • 3 hr minimum (includes set up and tear down time)

  • $85/hr

  • $50 cleaning fee for events serving food/drink

Wedding Party Rental:

  • 6 hr minimum (includes set up and tear down time)

  • $85/hr

  • $50 cleaning fee for events serving food/drink

What is all included on-site?

  • Two 8ft Tables

  • 16 folding chairs

  • Place settings for 20

  • Glass Ware: Drinking glasses for 18, Wine glasses for 12

  • Silverware: Place setting for 16 (fork, spoon, table knife), Steak knives for 6

  • Seating for 12 in the lounge area

  • Seating for 8 at the dining table

  • Seating for 4 at the island

  • Access to the Kitchen

    • Fridge, Sink, Dishwasher, Wall Oven (with features including Warming and Air Fryer modes), Microwave/Convection Oven

  • Wifi

  • TVs: 1 Smart -75” and 1 Smart -65”
