Discovery Call
After a brief discovery call to determine if we are a good fit for each other, we’ll proceed with an initial Consultation for Programming.

Programming and Consultation
The Align Creative team will kick off your project by spending time getting to know you, your needs, and your vision to determine the objectives, requirements, feasibility, extent and constraints for your project. If your project is a renovation, we will gather initial site information to help us process and develop the Design Statement and Scope of Work.

Conceptual Design
The Align Creative team spends time researching and working through the vast amount of information compiled during our consultation and transform it into a design concept to be presented to you. We will also be in conversations with trade partners and contractors during this time.

Design Development
At this point in your project, we’ll be developing the drawings and be in communication with the various tradespeople who are needed to bring our design to fruition. We will be making selections of the finishes, fixtures, and furnishings for final approval. This phase of your project is where you’ll start to see the full design plan come to light.

Construction Documentation
The Align Creative team will be working tirelessly at our computers to finalize the drawing set and many documents for finishes and FF&E for construction and ordering.

Construction Administration/Support
The Align Creative team will be present for many site visits and will continue to coordinate with contractors to ensure the design is being executed. We will work in coordination with the various tradespeople to solve any problems that arise during this stage.

Installation and Styling
The stage when we get to see all of the hard work and thousands of decisions all come together! As products begin to arrive and construction comes to an end, we’ll ensure each piece is installed and styled accordingly. From custom window treatments to beautiful furniture, your space will be turnkey-ready and waiting.

Post Project
We are not satisfied until you are thrilled with the final result. We will conduct a project walk-through to note any deficiencies that need to be addressed and will work with the contractors to coordinate solutions to items that need to be resolved.
